How Can I Be Sure You’re Legit?

Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from Canada and only ship domestically to Canadian addresses (PO boxes included). We unfortunately do not ship to the US or internationally.
How Can I Pay For My Order?
Flex Pharma accepts CAD ($) via Email Transfers / Interac and Bitcoin (BTC). Payment details are provided at checkout.
How Do You Ship Your Products?
We ship our products nation-wide and all packages are shipped in a discreet manner. Products are packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages.
Am I Able To Pick Up My Order?
Unfortunately, no. We can only send your order to a pick up location that you provide.
Are There Minimum Or Maximum Order Amounts?
Nope! You can place an order with any total, and we’ll ship it right to your doorstep.
What If I Find The Same Product For A Lower Price?
Flex Pharma prides ourselves in having a low price guarantee and will happily price match the lower-priced item. If you find the same product for a lower price, please email us with the product information. The Product must be from a reputable dealer and be authorized to sell that pharmaceutical brand. If the online retailer is not legitimate and is from another country besides Canada, we cannot offer the discount.
How Long Does Shipping Time Take?
Normal order processing can take up to 2-3 business days. Order processing may take longer during peak seasons.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a secondary email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to check the status of your order.
Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us Canada Post Support Page. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to be shown.
Flex Pharma is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. Once the package has left our facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages. Please contact Canada Post directly, for more information on your shipment, delays or any questions about delivery.
Can I Cancel Or Change My Order Once Placed?
You can still make changes to your order before sending a payment. Unfortunately, no cancellations can be accepted post-payment. Your order will automatically be cancelled if no payment is received after 2 days.
What Happens If My Order Gets Lost In Transit?
We apologize as we are not liable for lost or stolen orders once shipped. Please verify your shipping details before placing an order. In case of loss or theft, clients are advised to open a Canada Post claim using the provided tracking number.
Do You Offer Bulk Order Pricing On Your Products?
We happily do! Contact us with your order to discuss our bulk order discounts, as it will depend on the product and quantity.
Do You Require A Signature For Delivery?
We do not, unless you specifically request one.
Can I Make A Custom Order That’s Not On Your Website?
If you’re interested in a product that isn’t on our list, we can most likely do a custom order for you. Email us what you’re looking for and we’ll try to accommodate you.
Am I Able To Get A Refund Or Exchange On My Order?
If you encounter some issues with a recent order, please provide us with a photo of the damaged product so we can better assess the situation. We will then be happy to provide you with a credit or a replacement order free of charge.
What Happens If I Submit The Wrong Delivery Address?
If you notice a mistake on your shipping address please let us know immediately through our contact form. If we have already shipped your package, then sadly it’s too late. We do not have a return address and the parcel will be lost. We will not hunt down parcels. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order or the mistake will cost you.
